I did the stairs last night. I have no idea how many "laps" or "sets" I did because I did them during all the commercial breaks during Glee. Now I need to make this a habit when I am watching TV.

I might have been lazy last night and not done the stairs but I had a chat with my sister in the evening before dinner and she mentioned her charity event coming up this weekend. She is going to climb a LOT of stairs this weekend. And she has been training. And she has lost 5 pounds! I wanna lose five pounds!!! So to the stairs!
