I love pop-tarts. I think they are the opposite of eating an all natural (and when possible organic) food. But I don't care, I love them. They are always a special treat.
However, trying to lose weight and having special treats really don't go together.
So I can thank my sister for introducing me to Pastry Crisps. Tastes similar to a Pop-Tart, without a bazillion calories. And I get my pop-tart craving out of the way. :)
